Capacity and speed for loads

When establishing the required minimum tire size for a vehicle’s axle, the permitted weight and the vehicle’s top design speed should always serve as a foundation. Trailers and dump trucks initially entering on or after the first of January 1990, shall be outfitted with tires that can travel at least as fast   provided the vehicle’s trailer is clearly indicated, 100 km/ha slower pace. Tire inflation rate
